Visceral fat range

In this article you to find answers to the following questions:

What is the area visceral fat range and how to measure it?
What is the normal visceral fat range?
What is the average visceral fat range?
How much visceral fat in pounds do we have in the visceral fat range from 1 to 60?
Can you reach A visceral fat level of 0?
How much is the normal A visceral fat area of range in cm2?

A visceral fat area of the range

The Body composition analyzer is a device that examines various parts of your body e.g. bones, muscles, body water, body fat, visceral fat… The Body composition analyzer is using Body Composition Monitors that are fast in measuring, providing accurate information about analyzed visceral fat and at the same time are safe and reliable devices. Visceral fat range area that can be measured with Body Composition Monitors is from 1 up to 60.

A visceral fat area of range is divided, based on how much visceral fat we have. There is a healthy range of visceral fat and excessive (obesity) levels of visceral fat. Body Composition Monitors can give to us immediate analysis results of our health state and fitness level.

Evaluation of our visceral fat range can be done with Body Composition Monitors without the help of an expert assistant. The analysis results that we collected from a segmental body composition analysis about visceral fat are done very quickly even under 30 seconds. The body composition analyses can be done at home or by a doctor that has a proper body composition analyser, which can measure a visceral fat range.

Normal visceral fat range

The normal visceral fat range that we obtain from the body composition analyses is between 1 and 12. Having a normal visceral fat range suggested that we have a healthy level of visceral fat. Healthy visceral fat is needed to protect our internal abdominal organs like the heart, the stomach, the intestine, the liver, the pancreas, and many blood vessels.

At the same time make a healthy visceral fat certain, that there is a safe and shielded distance between each internal body organ.

Average visceral fat range

The average visceral fat range is the optimum and the most favorable fat range to have. An average visceral fat range is 6. So the average weight of the woman living in America is 170.6 pounds, considering that the woman is around 20 years old and 63.7 inches high and the average 20 years American man weighs 197.9 pounds and is about 69.1 inches tall. Let us take for example that average women and men have an acceptable 25% percent of total body fat.

When we multiply the average weight of the woman (170.6 pounds) and man (197.9 pounds) by 25% of their body fat, we get the result of pure total body fat that is in average woman and man. Therefore the average woman will have 45.65 pounds of total body fat and the average man will have 49.47 pounds of total body fat. According to research, they say that 10% of a person’s total body fat is visceral fat.

This means that the average woman will have 4.56 pounds of visceral fat and the average man will have 4.95 pounds of visceral fat. An average visceral fat range of 6 means that an average woman will have approximately 4.56 pounds of visceral fat, and an average man will have roughly 4.95 pounds of visceral fat.

A visceral fat level of 0

A visceral fat level of 0 means, that an average woman will have approximately 0 pounds of visceral fat, and an average man will have roughly 0 pounds of visceral fat.

Practically it is possible, but hopefully, nobody needs to reach an extreme visceral fat level of 0.

There are two main reasons, that can lead people to reach A visceral fat level of 0.
The first is a medical reason. Having anorexia brings an eating disorder to a person, by drastically losing weight and because of fear to gain weight they are having extreme restrictions to eat food, which can bring the person to ultimate starvation.

The second reason is circumstantial. Any form of extreme starvation can be caused by external factors e.g. famine, where is war, or political instability accompanied by malnutrition and starvation.

Is 0 visceral fat good? Absolutely, not. Approaching A visceral fat level of 0 means approaching extreme starvation and malnutrition level. A starved person is coming from the second stage of starvation into the final fatal third stage. In the second stage of starvation, we used mainly all the stored fat that we need for energy.

Next, the brain will start to look for any leftover glucose. Going into the third stage of starvation, the body is left without fat stores, that are gone already since a long time ago. The body starts desperately to search for alternative energy stored in proteins. The breakdown of muscle tissues, which are filled with protein begins. Muscles disappear and come to nothing.

That human cells can work properly, they need to have an essential protein.
The cell without protein can no longer function. At the end stage of starvation, people are not anymore able to eat the food even if they may feel hungry. Dead is approaching and a visceral fat level of 0 too.

A visceral fat area is measured in cm2. The surface that is covered with visceral fat is called a visceral fat area. The computed tomography (CT) scan is used to measure A visceral fat area of the range. Normal healthy A visceral fat area of range is from 10 cm2 to 100 cm2, having more than 100 cm2 increases the risk of visceral obesity.

Compared measurements between Body Composition analyzer and Computed Tomography (CT) scan, give us the following correlated results. The normal healthy visceral fat range measured by the Body Composition analyzer is from 1 to 12 visceral fat range.
